HLAA Sarasota/Manatee is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that is very dependent on donations to deliver its above mission. We have a 100% all-volunteer organization so all donations are stretched  to their fullest to support our membership and the community. There are an estimated 145,000 people with hearing loss in Sarasota and Manatee Counties.  For the one in seven who received hearing aids, we can teach them how to improve their hearing and listening skills by up to another 40%. And for the vast majority who rejected treatment, we can help break down the barriers so they lead a more active and rewarding lifestyle.  Please help us with a donation this Tuesday, May 1 at noon when for just 24 hours your donation is doubled by the Community Foundation of Sarasota County.
